In the most unlikely of circumstances, Sumatran tiger twins have become best buddaroos with two 5-month-old orangutans. And what a cute little group they make. You can read all about these wittle fellas at CNN.
I wish I looked that cute when I slept. But then again, that would require me to grow a bunch of facial and body hair. Just think of the hours of grooming! But if I had a pretty tiger coat, it might be worth the sacrifice. Meow!
Last week I was out at one of those “cheap” bookstores that have popped up all over in strip malls. I was meeting a friend for some buffet goodness when lo and behold I discover Name That Tune 80s Edition. I was so excited that I snatched it up immediately and skipped joyously home! (Well, not really). But I was pretty darned excited.
Because it’s so delish! My favorite soap ever is I Should Coco from Lush. With coconut and orange oil, the combination smells like summer to me. So in the dead of winter, I can lather up and feel transported to a sunny warm beach in Hawaii.

It’s a snowy, sleeting night in the Chicagoland area. It’s a good day/night for some great moview watching.
First, I watched The Godfather, Part II. Adding to my AFI 100 watching list, this movie was OK. I definitely liked The Godfather better. A lot of subtitles were in this film too. However, I did enjoy the interweaving of the main story line and the flashbacks to the godfather’s life.
