My most recent read is The Art of Happiness by the Dalai Lama. I am very excited as I have always been interested in learning more about buddhism and have had a special interest in the Dalia Lama himself.

I think my interest was first sparked by the Brad Pitt movie Seven Years in Tibet. I know it’s cliche to have hollywood bring a spiritual figure to the limelight of American culture, but hey, at least it worked.   [ Read more ]
