I came across the Cupcake Queen’s ingenius chocolate chip cookie and brownie cupcake idea at 52 Cupcakes and immediately knew I had to try them myself. What could be more scrumptious than a chocolate chip cookie and a brownie in one I ask you? Not much I can tell you that.
