I finished the Cheeky Ribbed Socks! It took me about two weeks, but I was pretty busy and unable to dedicate a ton of time to knitting. Not bad for my first pair of socks! Read all about my progress here and here.

I went to the here in Chicago today. I partly went as a function of work (I’m an editor for two concrete trade publications), as well as personal interest. Unfortunately, the show didn’t have much that fit my industry but was so much fun to walk around as a citizen and consumer.
