So I totally forgot to blog about my wonderful evening with Nittany’s Shenanigans last week before the Labor Day holiday. We enjoyed tinis and homemade spaghetti with chicken and marinara, knit up some catnip toys for our buddies and knocked another AFI 100 movie off the list. Tonight’s special: The Silence of the Lambs.
I have been dreading knocking this one off the list since I really have a hard time with scary movies. It wasn’t as bad as I thought, but it was still freaky and kind of scared me when I drove home that night. Otherwise, it was a wonderful night; as always with my host. This movie marks #61 on the list. Only 39 left to go. I have The Searchers from Netflix now and I really should watch it next week. I’m also not looking forward to this one because it’s a western. But I don’t think I’ll need anyone with me when I watch it!
