I had to get out. I worked about six hours today and I had to get out of my apartment. So I went to some of my favorite stores: Crate & Barrel, Sunflower Market and Trader Joe’s, all on Clybourn. I got a really cute reindeer rug for my entryway and some appetizer plates from Crate & Barrel. And then some much needed groceries from the two grocery stores.
When I came home, I made myself a knitted hat. It’s my first real knitted hat. I’ve made knit caps before, but frankly, they sucked. I think this one is pretty nice. The pom pom needs a little work but other than that, it’s great.
