I’ve come across some murmurings of reading 50 books in 52 weeks (or various versions of such a concept). Dave is doing so, and so is his wife Christine. While I know that I could never accomplish such a goal (and I have others I’d like to concentrate on this year), I did think it would be a great idea to at least log the books I finish in 2008. I say finish because I have a number of books I’ve started over the years and never finished. It’s been on my “to do” list to finish all the books I own before I get any new ones or borrow recommendations from others. It just doesn’t make sense that I’ve invested in these books never to attain whatever wisdom may lie behind the binding.

So to start off books of 2008 (the name of this themed entry), I’ll submit It’s Easy Being Green. I finished this the first or second day of the year. I really enjoyed this read because it gave me a list of eco-friendly objectives to work on this year. I’ve talked about that over on my other blog one green thing.
