As one of this year’s resolutions, I am participating in the Stash Knit Down 2009’s 52 projects by December 31, 2009 (thanks in large part to Mandy). I added up my stash—thanks to the excel sheet option available in my Ravelry Stash section—and I’ve got 38,099 yards of yarn in my possession. Wow! That’s a lot of fiber. I also wanted to get an idea of how many projects I finished last year, so I totaled that up too: 37 projects. That only means I need to make 15 more projects than last year. I don’t think that will necessarily be that difficult. Here’s what I accomplished in 2008 (from most recently finished):

  1. Minty Green Socks—me
  2. Snowman Families (5 sets)—Dad, Mom, Williams Family, Charlotte and me
  3. Mom’s BeSpeckled Gray Socks—Mom

Wow, a nice 20 number of objects for me! I’d like to make more gifts for my gift supply, as they come in handy around birthdays and holidays. I already have a few projects on the needles, but I thought I’d list them out here to be official and for some inspiration and motivation.

Also I have a few things hibernating, for various reasons. Hopefully some will come out of hiding and find their way to the FO pile. They are:
