january fitness update
I’ll be posting my fitness updates the first Monday of the following month. My business trip to Vegas threw my plans out of whack a bit but here’s my January Fitness Update in review. I worked out seven days (six cardio days and one yoga day) last month or 22.5% of the month. That’s not too bad considering this is the first month of my fitness plan. I want to work up to cardio three times a week and yoga once a week. That frequency would bring me up to 51% of the month. Getting about halfway there in one month I think is pretty impressive, although I still have a bit to go. I’d like to reach between 30%-40% of the month of February (since the first week I was traveling and couldn’t work out much, although I walked a lot).
