february fitness update

The only word I can use to describe this month’s fitness regimen is dismal. I worked out 2 of the 28 days. In my slight defense, the month started off rough with a weeklong business trip in Vegas that made workouts impossible. I also have had a cold that settled in my chest and made it nearly impossible to do any cardio without hacking up a lung. On top of that, the exhaustion was impossible to get past. Still, four weeks later, I’m terribly tired most of the time. This is quite unusual for me and I’m hoping it will amend itself soon or I may need to make it to the doctor. March has to yield better results than this (and hopefully better weather will help).
