books of 2009—knit the season

Knit the Season, the last edition to the Friday Night Knitting Club series is probably my favorite of the lot, although I enjoyed each book. The story interlaces friends, family, life and knitting into one overlapping string of plots. I love each and every character and love how Kate Jacobs weaves them together. I don’t want to say too much in case my knitterly friends are interested in reading the series. I give it a hearty thumbs up.
