What does the blog name stand for?

The name candy coated rose petals is based on a poem I wrote in high school that can be read on here.

Who is miss luscious luka?

I am an editor at a B2B publishing company. I write, edit and do some other things too.

I sing, play guitar and karaoke.

I’m an avid crafter: knitting, crochet, embroidery, sewing, decoupage, jewelry and cards.

I drink grande hazelnut nonfat no-whip mochas in the winter and grande hazelnut no-whip mocha frappuccinos in the summer.

I like to play the license plate game when I road trip.

What do I blog about?

music. I love music, and share that love with readers with tunes by luka.

craftyness. I spend a lot of time on crafts and such, and like to discuss my various progress on projects, including knitting and crochet. You can also find me on ravelry.

kitties. My brown tabby is named Ethan and he’s great!

randomness. I also fill my daily blogging with various other tidbits, always to keep the reader guessing. Current randomness includes places traveled, in a lifetime and my daily escapades.

one green thing. Eco-friendly efforts that I am making. Areas of focus include buying local, carbon footprint, conservation, energy saving, global warming, organic, pollution, recycle, reduce, reuse, sustainable and waste.
